Details
We will review -in the following- the most important features of the system in detail:
1. Ability to add any number of customers and vendors and adding many details about customer or vendor. Also you can insert customers or vendors through Excel file and then doesn’t need to add and write data again.
2. Adding large number of items with details such as:vendor identification, cost price, retail price, reorder level, quantity in stores, tax. Also you can insert items data through Excel file.
3. Barcode creation for items with ability to bulk updating of items once.
4. Adding gift cards with discount value and card number.
5. Follow-up quantities of items in the stores and item movement in each store.
6. Creating purchase orders and invoices and ability to pay through (Cash – Check – Credit Card).
7. Creating sales invoices in quick and easy way as items will be added through barcode reader then registering invoice and pay through (Cash – Check – Gift Card – Credit Card).
8. Ability to add sales and purchases returns with quick and easy way.
9. Receipts is extracted for purchases and sales invoices with details of process.
10. Adding employees or users and adding permissions for each user.
11. Adding company data and settings.
12. System is available in Arabic and English.
